60+%. Battery life isn’t an issue for me. Once I get home I have chargers everywhere in case of an emergency. I have yet to really get back into iOS gaming so I haven’t really tested the battery in that use case though.

The real test is whether the battery can last for a full day without a charge, and i honestly don’t think the 12/p can pass.

Actually we have very similar usage pattern. At least we know once we get home can pop in a fast charge can already. Can’t say the same for long trips though

that's true, i might wanna consider 11 Pro already!
cause not really into iPhone 12 design hehe =:p
thanks for the advice! :s12:

wah sian....don't really fancy the squarish sides...
went to see Samsung note too after iStudio...love the design of the Note 20...but read that the exynos processors are crap & don't like android...

so might be sticking on to iPhone X, damn good, last fug long, bought it like 3 years back already i think lol

:s12:
3 years is not fug long for an iPhone, 3 years is expected minimum lifespan. ;)

It will be very disappointing that a 2020 phone still cannot last for a full day.

Yup coz Google and Samsung never use stainless steel on their flagship, all aluminum frame so totally not an issue at all.

NOTE 20 Ultra is the 1st flagship phone from Samsung to use stainless steel material. ZF2 is still using aluminium.

Instead of harping on about smaller phone sizes, Apple could have kept it the same thickness and beefed up the battery but no, cuz form over function. You either make your peace with it or go Pro Max or Android

60% at 10am is jialat bro. You gaming on your phone? I don’t game at all but I stream Spotify heavily and hit up websites+Reddit during my commute. Infrequent checks during work so I’m about 90% going into lunchtime. If I’m eating alone I’ll be reading longform articles so the screen will be on for a solid hour and a half or so. By 2-3pm battery should be down to 70%, fast charge at work means back to 95-ish% within 20m. That lasts me the rest of the day.

Edit: I force it to 4G, and turn off Airdrop. screen is auto brightness and BT is left on

Again, unless you’re whacking stuff like Genshin Impact 3-4 solid hours a day the battery should be fine for most use cases.

If you drop the phone, aluminium will surely dent, no?

Yup. When I sold my ZF2, before I posted on carousell, I did a search to gauge my listing price.

Indeed, got ppl dropped their ZF2 causing a dent.

Actually, steel material also will incur dent and chip off if we drop our phone. Not as brittle as aluminium though.

Samsung N20U has the protective plastic pasted over the steel frame. Good to prevent scuffs when slotting in out casings.

Ok maybe yall dont know that I am a NSF. I start my day at like 5+am. I leave my house with about 80% battery. When I travel to camp, I use wireless earpiece and mobile data so by the time I reach my office one hour later the battery is at 70%+.

I get SOT about 4-5 hours when in camp so I guess alright.

My SOT is about 8 hours when I drain my battery from 100% to 10% so I guess not too bad.

I think you're missing the point. Must use SAF electricity charge to 100% before book out :s13: just nice last till tomorrow, then the cycle repeats

From his post, looks like stay-out personnel. Which I assume will be some service support vocation.. like that then yes most of the time really very free

Been there done that :)

End of the day 2020 there is still no "perfect" phone. Every phone/brand/os got the pro and cons. Just see how many cons you able to compromise on.
