4GB for iOS is more than enough. I social, listen, pa game and still didn’t feel any lag. Maybe 4GB for android will be hell, maybe, but not for iOS.

Hope they charge restocking fee. Last time always got ** kias buy to flip, then find out not so flippable then wanna refund la, buy to try la, phone not so shiok then refund la, all sorts of excuses.

The only reason Apple should accept a refund is if it is faulty.

U know this 14 days return policy is good for consumers including yourself? Don't keep sabo ownself.

Why are u guys focusing on the 14 days policy?!?!

You buy to use right? Use den why care about return policy. If don’t know which to get, go store test then buy.

No flipping discussions allowed.

Can elaborate a bit more on the 14 day refund policy. Where can find this info.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product (not purchased in volume) you purchased online from Apple.

To return an item, please visit online Self Service for assistance 24 hours a day, or call 1800-692-7753, Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm , closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Returns policy
Returns are subject to the Apple Online Store Terms and Conditions. For iPhone/iPad returns, please refer to the iPhone/iPad Return Policy section below. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

iPhone/iPad return policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your iPhone/iPad purchase, you can return your undamaged iPhone/iPad to the Apple Online Store within 14 calendar days from the time you receive your iPhone(s)/iPad(s) for a refund. A 25% open box fee will be assessed on any opened unit (per unit). A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on closed box returns (per unit). Please visit online Order Status or call 1800-MY-APPLE to request a return. The iPhone/iPad must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

How to Return An Item
Ship your item back to Apple

To return an item to Apple, sign in to online Order Status with your Apple ID and password.

After you sign in, you will see the items on your most recent order. Locate the item you want to return and click the Return Items link. On the next page, select the item you would like to return and click the Continue button. Note: If you need assistance or do not have an Apple ID, please call
1800-692-7753.

From apple SG site.

Apple reps watching this space.

Believe it or not, an Apple rep suggested to me such an idea when the Apple Watch Series 6 band isn't available yet. She just told me use any random available band for 14 days before getting the braided solo loop of my choice.

But anyways, I didn't do that. Still holding off my Series 6 purchase. It's nevertheless a disgraceful act.

Apple is asking for trouble when they stagger the iPhone launch in pairs with a gap of 3 long weeks, exceeding 14 days unlike the XR/XS launch. And the more exciting ones releasing at the later date make things worse.

I believe it's more on impulse purchase. Impulse purchase cannot be detected while you are in-store trying out the phone. It's only after a few days of usage that you will find out that you don't really need the phone or the phone just isn't worth the money or upgrade, then you would like to return.

Does this MagSafe for iPhone supports fast charging? Or is the speed of charging still the same as charging with wire? :s11:

What's the real purpose of this magsafe charging??? it's small, it has a wire and magnet to the back of your phone... so it's like charging with a lighting cable? Or am i missing something here?

Magsafe - you stick to the back.

Lighting - you pop in to the bottom.

It's Apple's selfish plan to completely dodge any USB C implementation on their best selling product category. Apple's plan is to move away from lighting to magsafe. Both are incompatible with iPad Air, iPad Pro and MacBook chargers and both require wires and 3 pin plug regardless. How is this even "green" when we don't have a universal charging mean.

Could be gearing towards rumours of a portless iPhone in the future. So with Magsafe, it can achieve that but same time you can move the phone around similar to cable charging. No need to leave the phone on the pad.

USB-C will never be on the iPhone. MagSafe is a prelude to the portless future and portless iPhone is coming sooner than you can imagine. Expected in 2022 earliest.

This MagSafe type of charging has been tested out for a long time since the Apple Watch launched. If you notice, AW is one product Apple used to test out new technology and material for their other iDevices. Namely magnetic charging, stainless steel material, OLED etc...

i was offered this also. was at the jewel store buying the Watch Series 6.
the blue braided solo loop was OOS. The apple genius whom attended to me told me to get any band of my correct size 1st and exchange for the blue when its available.

So thats what i did. once i saw blue available online, i made a call to Apple, reserved/purchased the band, went down to MBS to make an exchange.

Once I've bought something, it is a commitment.

Not buy to try or 'borrow' it for a couple of weeks like how some ppl have suggested here. This is a thousand dollar upwards item leh, not buying shoes.

Want to try it, try at shops la. The only time I've ever refunded something is because it is faulty, not because I don't it la, not shiok la, cannot flip for so much la.

As a consumer, i also dun want to kenna a 'used' set that someone refunded before, i want to get a brand new set.

Karma to those who buy then refund for such reasons. Lucky they charge restocking fee to prevent such abuse. Sia xuay only
