Apple Music or Spotify?
Been paying for Spotify for years and I’ve been happy with it, but M1 just killed free data streaming for their service in 2021 and I wonder if I should hop over to AM for a bit since I’m on the iPhone. I stream everything nowadays so free Spotify streaming was a big deal since I can hit like 5-10GB a month. I used to download music to local storage to save on data usage but streaming stuff is liberating; you’re not limited to the music on your phone. Anyway, AM’s app is better, of course, but Spotify’s music discoverability still can’t be beat. What does everybody think?

Apple music library is larger then spotify though if u listen chinese songs alot. And apple music has icloud music where u can upload your own mp3 and add them to your playlist. Exceptionally useful if you rip those covers sang by youtube music artists and cannot be found in their database

I'll prefer Spotify. At least can cross device/platform, unless you really devoted to apple ecosystem.
Apple Music available on android as well.
Btw how about KKBOX? For Asian KKBOX seems to have more songs, especially mandarins? It also have option for HD/lossless audio subscription.

You want better sound quality go for Apple music.

I dont hear anything much of a difference on my studio monitors. So i guess should be the same?
Yeah I think I’ll stick to Spotify. It’s UI is a little stale at this point and it seems like every update just makes it worse, while the iOS14 version of AM actually looks pretty neat. I have other non-Apple devices in the house though, and imo Spotify works a little better across platforms.
256kb/s AAC actually sounds a little cleaner than Spotify’s 320kb/s but I can live with 320
Yeah I got around the egregious number of ads in YT for a good price. 15 bucks a month just to get rid of ads is too much. You get access to YT Music, but it’s honestly not very good, compared to Spotify or AM.

Hi anyone faces problem with the iphone 12 pro speaker? mine out of the blue is not functioning.. cant watch anything that requires the speaker(videos, instagram, fb etc) cant even call out using the speaker... phone will hang.. ive done both soft n hard reset but none works. if i need to go dwn to service ctr, which is recommended? qcd or direct at apple store?

3rd party for apple leather wallet alot in the market. Alot of 'inspired' sellers. Else you can try moft

I got 2 times negative experience on the 12mini. Non stop notification sounding until I press the side button then it will stop.

You go for the pro because of the camera, not because it has extra 2GB.

did u send back to apple? i find it frustrating coz its been less than 3 months yet already having problems.. if i bring down to apple can i demand for a 1 to 1 exchange since the phone is faulty? anybody has any experience with any isssue n got a 1 to 1 exchange? i feel tat if its above 6 mths mayb can still go for repair.. but to repair when its less than 3 months even my son laughed at me
