Mister mobile offer 260, rwm offer 250 for iPhone 8. I sold phone for Carousell for 310. A top top condition.

The price provided by RWM i think is one of the best around. I believe there are other street shops that offer higher price too. But i know some of them offer lower but willing to match RWM pricing if you are willing to sell.

That said, i always keep my phone in tip top mint condition too.

recently purchased 12 pro max, when using the fast charging, phone become hot v fast and camera cannot focus on near item

I think that's normal. I placed my 12 pro max on my 15w wireless charger, it got so hot that there's a msg saying that the phone needs to cool down before I can use it. It was during a hot afternoon when I didn't switch on aircon. This usually won't happen if I switch on aircon.

And yup, unfortunately 12 pro max do not have macro camera function. I had to take photo of small objects from the nearest, sharpest view then after that crop the photo. Kinda disappointing for cameras in this era.

Just found out there is this feature "Express Travel Card" in Apple Pay. Is it we take public transport no need to scan Face ID, just straightaway tap the phone to the bus/mrt card reader will do?

May I ask, for iphone12, I have turn off double click for Apple Pay, but it still requires me to double tap when I bring it to reader, any settings which I might have missed?

What do you mean double tap? Once you double click, it will open up the app with faceid. Can pay immediately

Use zoom to take those photos.

Double click on ur power on/off button to launch Apple Pay

Don’t double click can pay with face id

if u disable double click, i think the only way is to place ur phone near the payment terminal then it will auto prompt the apple pay screen but u still need to face ID / password to use

Looks good for mister mobile. They take in $10 higher than kasia and RWM for my model. Another shop for me to consider.

Not true leh! Let*********s take new phones for example.

Ex. Mr mobile offer a better price for iPhone 11 than rwm. 880 vs 850 for iPhone 11 in March. I don*********t think they offer the best price for used phone either.

I am saying about rwm more lenient towards wear and tear on phone, they dont go scrutinize for micro scratches unlike other shops (MH is 1 of them) lol

Depend on who you kena. Mine got knocked off $100 for having micro paint scratch near the spen slot.

Do anyone have issues that your app will not be working at times until you perform a restart?

For e.g:

1) Appstore cant install apps, keep displaying loading but cant download it. Internet was connected and you can surf net or browse FB.

2) App just keep loading and crash until you perform a reboot and launch app again to make it working

3) Once reboot, App can function but will require you to login again


Have tried to perform a full reset, but the problem still persists. Thinking of bringing down to iPhone service centre to check

Hmm, i didnt track that. But most of the time, my citibank and hsbc sg app cant load. Ocbc and dbs so far no issues.

Will monitor if the app hang issue arise after launching bank apps and post back here.
