Not from my experience. I tend to change cases every now and then, haven't noticed any paint coming off. I guess unless accidentally scratch...

I was tempted but decided to top up and buy my first iPad Air instead.

iPad and 12 Mini like same price thou.

I just want something small to play with. Maybe can consider getting Airpod Pro and Apple Watch ^^ after getting the 12 Mini.

Using a Pixel 4a raw at the moment thou.
