5G On
5G Auto
4G

I forced it to 4G for better battery and also not to be bombarded with 5G radiation.

From iPhone to iPhone transfer I used encrypted local backup on my iMac, which went quite well.

However, the re-pairing of Apple Watch is taking forever to verifying Apple ID.

If cannot, just reset your watch and back up from iCloud. Might be faster
