Miss the insane battery life of the 11pm... sigh. Not worth 2 yrs of contract with the telcos.

11 Pro's battery life was damn good. Like seriously good. I'm on day 2 of my 12 pro and for the same useage pattern, my battery depletes faster than usual. i had to recharge my phone at about 4pm yest and today. it's not usual.. but I will monitor first maybe since the phone is new.. i keep thinking it could be because I didn't start the phone afresh (i restored from iCloud backup) haha.

Hahaha i kiasi, dfu-ed and reinstalled os. Then restore from icloud. In case any bad backup from previous phone. This is probably as clean as i can go. Not willing to start afresh.

Unofficially, testing shows speeds are quite similar, however.

but tbh from this chart 18W vs >20W

difference is 2mins nia

Seems like 12pro battery life isn’t good. Uravgcon also report poorer battery life on his 12 pro.

Not even "isn't good", is bad like really bad. The battery depletion is almost the exact same as my previous XS which battery life is at 89% now, 12 pro is at 100%.

This means my 12 pro is even worse than my XS, kinda super regret getting 12 pro now.

Actually whats the point of getting 12pro when it is quite similar to 12? Except for telephoto lens, LIDAR sensor and storage space.

I think its either go for 12 or 12pro max for the screen size.

Carry 2 phones lor. That's what I do. I used IP8+ before my new IP12 and with normal usage no games by early evening left 30-40% liao. Then I will switch to my Razer phone to make sure my main phone would not die. Anyway after using Razer phone I really really wish Apple would have gone with 120hz screen, very very smooth scrolling.
