Try to send all the pics on 6s via airdrop to one of the iPads logged in with iCloud #1. Then those pics will automatically upload to iCloud #1. But I'm not sure if the date will be messed up ie actual photo taken date or photo received via airdrop date.

Or

Logout iCloud#2 from 6s, choose to save and not remove anything from 6s. Your photos on iCloud#2 will remain. Then login to iCloud #1 on 6s, photos on 6s will be automatically uploaded to iCloud #1 and sync to all ipads logged in with the same iCloud#1.

Edit: before doing anything, please backup your devices first esp 6s

Thanks! No worry I have a backup of ip6s. Second method seems to have worked. First one didn't probably cos combined filesize way too big.

It's normal to have heat or unusual battery life for the next 48 hours when your device is newly setup, restored or updated. System indexing and initialization and stuff.

Ya, that's what I did. Unfortunately everything is messed up now :(

- google photos shows only photos from 2017 and before.

- I managed to retrieve whatsapp backup on icloud, but somehow it can only retrieve the backup from 4 months ago, even though I just backup'd fresh copy 5mins ago

- still can't use the phone to phone transfer coz her ip7 is using about 80gb, new ip12 64gb niah.

So far, can't say I'm impressed with ios. Looks good on the outside, but once you really start using it then all the minor details start to come out.

Sent from Google PIXEL 4A using GAGT

1. google photo may have a trash bin where deleted photos are stored. Log into google account using web browser and see if photos can be rescued there.

2. can't comment on whatsapp as no experience

3. can't do phone to phone transfer so only way is pay for icloud storage, backup photos, then log in icloud using pc web browser, download some photos onto pc and delete from icloud until less than 50GB.
Logically this should work - more experienced Apple bros here, pls chip in if this will work or not.

now i have to switch off my phone. never open apps still super hot. and the battery drops drastically.

Check if you using DBS apps. DBS app will heat up phone for no reason. Last time only DBS lifestyle app, now all DBS apps heat the up the phone.

Apple should ban DBS! :(

The 12 pro battery is worse than the 12 which is worse than the 11pro.

So far 2 youtuber i watched have confirmed this.

Not looking good. I’m waiting to see how the 12PM performs in terms of battery life. If it can perform at least 85% of what the 11PM can, then it’s good enough for me.

Do we need to book an appointment separately for collection at apple store or is the online order equating to a prebooked collection slot?

3. There's an option under iCloud photos to select optimize phone storage. Smaller resolution versions are stored, saving space on local iPhone storage while maintaining original resolution on iCloud servers. But not exactly sure how much exactly local storage space can be saved. YMMV. No harm trying as you don't lose anything. If managed to bring total storage space down enough to do phone to phone transfer then no problem

Haha same on my phone!! Leave negative reviews in the App Store. DBS won’t do anything about it otherwise.

I have no such issues on my 11PM.
