No need delete them. If you never use those apps for quite some time the iOS will auto remove those apps for you to save up storage space. Same goes for other apps that you install but eventually never use them.

The icon will still be there but it doesn’t consume your storage and when you want to use it again it will just download back for you. That’s one small yet smart thing that iOS does for you without you knowing.

now covid probably not ba, plus it might take quite long. Phone to phone wifi transfer took me ages, i totally gave up after 3 hours. Had to backup to PC and and transfer from PC. Took me about 30mins to 1 hour for 200+ gb

maybe u shld do it overnight?

Will auto delete base on your lack of usage of the app. If after some period of time you not using the app, iOS will auto delete for you if you enable that option

Anyone know do apple store help you to transfer your data on the spot if you wanna trade in your old iphone?

Apple store might be able to allow iPhone to iPhone migration when you request to do it in their store

Actually no, the sensor shift really does the job better esp in video. Also with the bigger sensor, iphone 12 pro max just need 1 sec to take a night shot. iPhone 12 pro need 3 seconds.
