As a mobile developer, i find this very worrying.
If phone warm, means their app not optimised or very high cpu usage
But if you not using the app, this is worrying because it might mean there's memory leak
Banking app contains lots of confidential data and u dont want anything to be leaked

1) hand warmer for those cold winter months (heats up the phone at a ridiculous rate)
2) test phone's thermal envelop. if phone is still alive after 15mins on dbs app.. thermal test passed.
3) battery stress tester. why loop video on 5G to test battery life when you have dbs app.

I don’t have such problems. But I disabled location for the app. Maybe you can try disabling it too

Coming from iPhone 11 Pro Max.

12 pro max Battery life so far so good. Similar usage as how I always use my 11 PM. Phone calls, WhatsApp, wechat, social media browsing, occasional photo taking, web browsing etc. This 12 PM seems to be able to last as long as my 1 year old 11 PM. FYI my 11 PM is at 89% battery health.

Just curious, do you leave your screen on more than average? Like watching shows or keeping the screen on while doing other stuffs for a few minutes?

I am using XR now and find it very heavy. It’s feel heavier than my 7 plus.

I like the size of 7 plus but the weight for Pro max, is it even bigger and heavier?

Iphone 12 or mini are your only option liao

if you do a quickie like quick check acc bal... u will not notice anything

try going in do a few bill payments, view online bill. anything more than a min or two. you will feel the warmth oozing from you phone. maybe i will try to use for 5 mins and do sunny side up.

I was also using the dbs app but have yet to encounter this issue too..

most likely connectivity issue.

toggle on and off airplane mode. it should restart internet connectivity. Else reboot phone.

If restart phone dont work go do a reset network settings.
