U can tell which field after accessing this hidden menu?

The interface on iOS 14 and 15 is different

On iOS 14, I think you'll need to drill down to RAT -> Cell Info -> Radio Access
On iOS 15. It'll state —

So meaning not 5G SA right? Actually now iPhone don support 5G SA only 5G NSA?

From Singtel white paper https://www.singtel.com/content/dam/singtel/personal/products-services/mobile/5g/Singtel 5G FAQ_250521.pdf

Singtel in SG is mostly blanketed in 5G NSA.
If you want to look for 5G SA, you need to go to specific areas.

Singtel said:
5G SA and deployed over a thousand 5G sites across Singapore in strategic locations such as Orchard Road, the Central Business District, Marina Bay, Harbourfront and Sentosa, as well as major residential areas including Sengkang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Jurong East, Woodlands, and more.

https://www.singtel.com/about-us/me...-in-singapore-to-launch-5g-standalone-network
To be able to access the 5G SA network you need a SIM Card that is issued after 27 April 2021 (I got this date from when the article was written, https://www.hardwarezone.com.sg/tec...etwork-deployment-issues-5g-sa-sim-cards-free)

Correct me if I'm wrong. But there's no reason to not support iPhone with the SA tech since Singtel 5G SA sites run on 3.5 GHz spectrum.
Which, the iPhone supports https://www.apple.com/sg/iphone/cellular/

Edit — To add on, this is the post that shows the SA speed tests.

Your reasoning sounds logical on the spectrum part. But does Singtel needs to push any telco profile to the phone for this to happen? It’s weird that their white paper mention not compatible with 5G SA for all current iPhone models.

I understand that all 3 telcos 5G SA is on the same spectrum, does the iPhone 13 sold in SG, support it aka SA? I know mmWave is still limited to US models. Could someone help confirm?

Well, I have "5G" right now. But I don't think I'm willing to pay 40 bucks to upgrade to SA.
Haha for NSA, the KCTCellMonitorDeploymentType appears to be (4).
You'll need to trial and error a little to figure if you're on SA.

5G is all marketing.
It's all fluff and hype.

There's no difference to 4G, you'll not notice it unless you're like playing eSports or require some latency sensitive stuff.

When 4G rolled out, there wasn't even so much marketing because you could clearly identify the speed increase.
With 5G, it feels exactly the same.

I say, don't worry about these. Just use it and enjoy.

The reason I’m asking is because I’m not sure if I should change my current nano sim to the new SA nano sim. Like no benefit since iPhone 13 can’t leverage. Also I’m on 5G Now plan since last year, not sure if I should still continue. Hmm….

Don’t forget 5G consume more power too, more so if the 5G signal is weak and it keeps dropping back to 4G.
