what can I do now?
1. Bluetooth on, tracetogther in foreground (sync constantly with my fitness band). Fitness bad received info from iphone
2. Tracetogther devices exchange > 1

I using token now, but i prefer phone.
Now i need to make sure its not a faulty bluetooth issue. Will contact Apple support again
For me, I always need to close and reopen the TT app. Apparently, the scan works only the first time I opened the TT app. Same for both IPhone 12 and 13.

Thks for sharing. Just to share, I contact support they run a diagnostic result my iPhone is working as intended, including Bluetooth.

I also believe as my iPhone bluetooth always in sync with my fitness band.

Anyone with iPhone 13/iOS face this issue? Safe entry scanner doesn’t work

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling TT app? Maybe do a hard reset as well before reinstalling?

Step 1: Delete TT app
Step 2: Do a hard reset
Step 3: Reinstall TT app from App Store

went from 12PM to 13P, still trying to get used to the size difference, guess biggest difference is the battery life, the PM was really a monster.

I just got my iPhone 13 Pro Max today. I was using the iPhone 12 Mini and I backup everything to iCloud. After I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I did a restore from iCloud. Every works well except for there is a prompt for a software update to IOS15. I downloaded and tried to Install Now but there is a popup saying my phone is not connected to the internet so it cannot verify the update file.

I checked my iPhone 13 Pro Max software version, it shows at 15.0. So is it due to the restore from the iPhone 12 Mini? I had also updated to the iOS 15.0 on my iPhone 12 Mini. I did a reset of network settings, hard reset as well as another factory reset but still it shows as iOS update cannot be verified as my phone is not connected to internet. But I can surf net, whatsapp, watch youtube, etc.

If anyone has any experience, hope you can share how to solve the problem. Thanks in advance

Not due to the servers. Finally managed to solve the problem, i suspect it was due to the restore from my previous iphone 12 mini, something was corrupted somewhere. So I did like the 3rd factory reset today, setup the phone as new, did the update without a glitch, did another factory reset and restored my phone from icloud

Btw, iOS 15.0 (19A346) has been unsigned by Apple for:

- iPhone 13 Mini
- iPhone 13
- iPhone 13 Pro
- iPhone 13 Pro Max

Expecting iOS 15.0.1 to drop soon because if someone who needs to restore their iPhone 13 now be it at home or at Apple Genius, they cannot.
