Haha... faceid is indeed the best. But touch id is good too. I like it on the f7 and f8. Im sure the iphone one is even better. Even my wife also keen for the ultra, which is rare. Haha.

I have the iPad AIr that has touch ID & and it's a PITA!
2026 and no face ID is a straight no-go! Having touch ID as a backup is good but relying entirely on it is a no-no for me.

Same here. Touch ID on my iPad Air and definitely prefers the Face ID

i prefer face ID more. touch id is less convenient for sure, i am using ipad mini A17 pro.

and worst is sometimes the touch id does not work as expected, sometimes i rest my finger it does not unlock and eventually trigger manually entering of password which can be irritating.

Exactly what I am on about, brings me back to 10 years back of IOS experience instead but we are in 2026.
