below 20% can already right? some pple say need to drained until 0%.. then leave it for 2 hours before charging back to full..

I don't know where you get your advice but they are poor ones. Modern Li-Po batteries do not like being completely discharged. In fact it's actually detrimental to battery health and longevity.
Just once a month let it drain completely then immediately recharge to 100%.
That's it!
Rest of the time use it and charge as and when you like.
It's not some secret rocket science.
The full capacity will be known after a couple charge cycles.
Keeping it plugged to the wall charger does not harm it either because of in-built circuitry which prevents damage.
Pls note that the iPhone 5 has a larger battery as shown on ifixit but only by 8-10 mAh!
Coupled with more pixels to push, it should result in same performance as the iPhone 4S.
And FYI, the battery is being manufactured by Sony in Singapore!
