Notice the video shows the iPhone 6 Plus drastically bending at 1:40 minutes, and the time on the phone at that point displays 2:26 PM. The man in the video then proceeds to explain around 2:35 minutes into the video that he just finished bending the phone with his thumbs.

But there’s one problem with that version of events: The iPhone 6 Plus he supposedly “just” bent displays the time 1:59 PM around 2:45 minutes into the video, roughly 27 minutes before the smartphone is shown succumbing to little pressure.

This report said that ip6+ bendtest results outperformed the HTC m8 as well as ip6.... Hard to believe.

Just played with the ip6+. Really premium feel and doesn't feel like it will bend easily...

Ya, kind of surprise to me too. But, considering Consumer Reports is not a "fan" site of any kind, its article is more trustworthy to me, after reading in full and watched the entire video. As an iPhone supported myself, i have no problem seeing other phones can take more pressure to bend, to me, it just like crushing a tank and a Lamborghini. If I am a Lamborghini driver, why do I care if the tank is tougher than my car, right?

Anyway, i just got myself a 6+, after the overblown "bendgate" saga... To me, most of them are just click-baits to draw web traffic.

lol! Of course I trust myself, I have been using every iPhone from 3GS to 6 Plus, except 5c and 6...

The reason I shares that report is simply because its presented a more reasonable and fairer view on "bendgate" (that this issue is overblown), that's all.

Its not fake, but its obvious he is using this bendgate issue to milk views. From what i know he is an iphone user himself.

Nevertheless, im glad i didnt go with the 6+. I would have been pissed if it bent after sitting with it in my pocket
