Anyone using Spigen privacy protector for your duo?

mine doesn’t adhere well, all the edges are lifting.

I using. my wife set 3 edges full length lifted. mine all good. Message them and they replace 1 pc after some video and photos. also same issue but better.

I thought is phone issue. but after using their scraper to push out a few times. the bubble came back after 5mins. i use fingernails the last time. no bubble come back ever since. it been more than 5days. so should be ok now.

Mous case will make the Duo even more chunky and heavy.

im almost sold after watching their video. imo the cases that cover the hinge will all make the duo bulky…but considering whether to place order or not..

Honestly spigen glass is just rubbish. I’m using it on my Duo, got rainbow at the edge one. Do not waste your money on spigen, got better other brands, cheaper and better.

For those who collect iPhone from Apple Orchard and want to get a relatively inexpensive case near there, there’s a shop at far east plaza (vi mobile) level 3 that I can recommend. I got the nilkin super frosted shield fold case for $38 + $15 nilkin tempered glass.

I’m using this now temporary while waiting for caudabe/ mous case reviews to be out. No rainbow for the nilkin tempered glass and the case has a textured back for added grip, not bad. Can see review here

hoping the bigger case manufacturers will now manufacture a thicker left side front frame since got software to push the content to the right. then don't need to use adhesive and can use 3D screen protectors

Does the hinge cover of the nillkin case touch any part of the phone when opening and closing the phone? Concerned that it will scuff up any contact point

As far as I can tell, it doesn’t touch the hinge (theres a very small gap when it’s closed) as there’s a groove in the hinge cover as well. What worries me is that its it’s spring-loaded, which Dbrand grip avoid as they claim that it might scratch the hinge when dropped if the hinge cover is damaged.

But the shop provides samples for you to try first before you buy.

Was using the Uniq airsuit case with hinge protection
The hinge parts has a adhesive strip but the mechanism doesn’t seem sturdy
The case hinge creaked and has come apart

I think good to use as temporary one while waiting for the AR version.

I’m using Torras 3D+AR TG. Fit edge to edge without lifting issues but it is not front cases user friendly.

same. i feel hinge protector is a must have. even my current case(spigen ultra hybrid pro) has hinge protector. but once it turns yellowish, im switching to mous. since mous now cant order yet also haha.
