My last purchased was iPhone XS Max from HK model come with dual physical sim then I add on after 30++ days before expiry , just normal diagnostic only , otherwise can’t get any warranty in Singapore.

this time iPhone duo plan to add on , because of inner screen replacement cost.

Doesn't iphone has global warranty? But Singapore probably don't have the hk variant in stock.

Pre-order Apple online can add AC+ before check out.
Lazada can adding too, make sure you key in correct apple email account as well

but I prefer to buy later within 60 days, unsure I really wanted the iPhone duo , easy to return , if buy direct from Apple Store.

By buying direct from Apple Store, do you mean physical store or online Apple Store?

basically sg didnt carry any HK model, come with applecare , i think they can send back to hk for replacement.

Can someone confirm if this is true? If order online and return within 14 days, there's no 100% refund?

Unlike Apple's policy in countries like the US or UK, Apple Singapore imposes restocking and open-box fees specifically on iPhones and iPads:

• Opened Box: A 25% open-box fee is deducted from your refund.
• Unopened/Sealed Box: A 15% restocking fee is deducted.
