What is your device set up like? Location settings? WiFi on? Bluetooth On? Total usage since full charge? Standby Duration? Background App Refresh on?

Location settings on when on use. Wifi off. Bluetooth on. Background app refresh for messages and WhatsApp.

I also can't stand the X not notifying me on new sms when its in locked mode. No tone or screen display.

i also thinking of refund then purchase new one. but apple store no stock. my last return date is this coming sunday.

You buy online or buy at Apple store? Both can be returned at Apple store with receipt, then they will reverse the transaction for you. The reversal takes a week or 2 though..

Now you cannot blame Apple for poor customer service when more and more people do what you are doing.. lol

You can do a battery calibration of your own, but never drop the battery to zero till it should off. NEVER. NEVER.

normally how do you charge it? i was adviced to drain less than 20% and do a full charge daily.

Anyone has screen brightness issue?

Min/max brightness is still very very dim.

Min, my screen literally goes "off", totally darkness.
Max is like old iPhone 60%

True tone off, reduce white point off, auto brightness off.

Tried with true tone and auto brightness on, not much improvement either

Wow. I just realised a big problem that nobody mentioned. Over these 2 days I received a lot of complains saying I ‘kup’ the phone. My Friend say after ringing 4 times the iPhone auto cancels the call. I tested it myself using my house phone and it’s true! Anyone else has this problem?
