Telcos may be reluctant to use esim. Too easy to switch

Actually Singtel and starhub already have esim. They are mainly used for smart watch and under multi sim option.

yes both have. but they are not using multi sim function. its more like a mobile share.
your esim in your watches have number where calls and sms are forwarded to.

this is good if its for a small group of people.
but if its a large grp. they cant use this functionailty

Bring your question to Apple lor..

As far as I know, especially since the Apple Watch 3 cellular launch days, Apple is the one dictating how technology is deployed and when it should be deployed. If Apple announced it Singapore is being supported, telcos here will have to support eventually and that Apple should have determined if our telcos can support..

Mobile share and number share is different.

Mobile share is 2 or 3 different numbers tagged to your main line while number share is 1 number share 2 sim cards, just like multi sim.
