Is the extendable for selfie that is good.
maybe wait for next version then consider upgrade haha

Initially I thought the extendable rod would be good, but tbh the whole weight distribution it’s going to be pretty bad by using the handle as the only leverage. Plus all these while true camera gimbal has never integrate an extendable rod, so I think the basic one will do.

The extension is more for selfie shots, & (potentially) a concert recording tool? Since nobody's arm is gonna be longer than your arm+gimbal with extension? hahaha!

If you are mounting it on a tripod for group photos with timer, then the extension is unlikely to be used imo. YMMV
