IMO both are very high quality magsafe multi device chargers. value for money.

I saw many of you talking about chargers here. Can refer to my previous post above for quality ones.

Personally I’m aiming at the Pitaka one since it comes with a removable 4000mah MagSafe power bank. Very handy indeed!

I personally prefer this shape as it won’t take up much space on my bed side table haha, works the same way too

Pitaka one I saw and thought before but there’s few issues.

1. The powerbank only 4000mAh, can’t charge 1 full iPhone pro max.
2. Wireless charging rated at only 5w, definitely not MagSafe speed, iirc need 7.5w to 15w. I watch YouTube reviewers and there’s no MagSafe attaching charging animation when attached.
3. The powerbank attachment to the dock is USB C, unlike XiaoMi one is charge with magnetic like Apple Pencil or iPad keyboard type.

I upgrade from ip11PM to ip14P.
Had 2 Qi wireless charger already. Thinking if I should get a Magsafe charger or not for travel.
Not really keen to use the lightning cable anymore for charging (unless really emergency or need power fast...)

So decided to get a magsafe powerbank.
Got a lot of options on Taobao but the 299yuan free seashipping to SG deal, most or all power banks are not allowed. So that option is out.
Went to shopee and searched. Anker is good but really over my budget.
Then saw this Baseus 20w, looks sleek and good. Went ahead and bought it.

6000mah.
there is option for 10000mah too but i like it slimmer.

When connected and charging, there's an animation...

Anyone using the Belkin 2in1/3in1 charger? Wanna check does the magnetism go out after a period of time of no power? Scare the phone will drop off the stand when no power after a few hours later. Cos I want to use it as a phone holder as well if possible.
wont la... the magnets are not powered by electricity. sometimes i never even turn on the charger, but put the phone on the stand. im using the 3 in 1 btw

Nice specs, bad experience with baseus so for me won’t get it. I ordered the XiaoMi one from Taobao, will review it 2-3 weeks later too

I wanted to reply to that post, but I laughing so hard that I almost drop my iPad :s13::s13:
I always leave my iPhone attached overnight, I want to let iPhone learn the optimised charging habits like my previous iPhone, quite handy, when at 100% I tried and both phone and Apple MagSafe is cold to touch

I believe that is a valid question and do not understand why should it warrant as a joke to you. Just a simple Yes or No will suffice. As someone who had not used Mag-safe/Wireless charging before, this is a logical assumption that the magnetic field is generate via electricity.

You ever stuck 2 magnets together? That’s how MagSafe works. It’s not complicated. The magnet is part of the phone but not necessarily powered by it.
