I think I was using the leather case, slapped it on, second day dropped, the phone fly out of the case.
Haha
Haha happened to me as well on iPhone 12 Pro Max, fell out and caused a huge scuff at the corner.

ever since they changed their leather material starting from iPhone 12 series, just feels different, doesn’t patina the same then I stopped buying them else they were easily the perfect cases to use.

the phone also easily comes off the case if you do a slap test on the corners against your palm, initially didn’t think much of it until it fell out of the case when I dropped it :(

A general consensus, is not having the camera control protection a deal breaker for you?

Last time they have 1 machine to apply for you. Not sure if it’s still the same. They also have warranty for the glass.

Yes. Maybe its the OCD in me.

Just like last year, starting off most brands didnt have action camera button cover then all slowly followed up with revised cases.

Very confident other brands will follow suit soon. Spigen is the first major brand to start the ball rolling.

Thought so, getting a high end case might not be the best idea since there could be a revision of the case
