hmmz..... I 'm rather interested leh, does it have the "before 3 months your window closes" restriction like IPT? how to book, like find all over the ns.sg not much info on it.
Think I rather pay a bit to use the gym rather than waste my bloody time on stupid RT which is neither useful nor productive.

Yes and also book at the same page where you book IPT and RT and IPPT. It is good for people staying near but as it start quite late and end quite late, it might not be too good for people staying further away, Heard the trainer say they might expand it to the rest of the SAFRA soon.

Time 8pm - 9:30pm.

There is 2 trainers who rotates between days. 1 female and 1 male.

actually for IPT, you are effectively going for 6 sessions of training, since 1st and 8th session are IPPT.
it is actually quite good consider the number of sessions compared to RT

no wonder i see the number of people going to IPT is increasing..

Ok la not too bad considering the total no. of sessions is not as much as RT.

can be even lesser if you know how to book the schedule...those who book the CNY schedule this year attended only 6 sessions in all. =:p

Christmas even less :)

eh... not true lei~~ actually the maximum no. of session they allow IPT to block off is 2 session only. if they think that the block off will affect 3 or more session, they will most likely to cancel that month IPT.

If like that, i think no count for your scores even if you pass the upper body stations. In the end, also need to attend RT but excuse upper body exercises during RT. :o

1 How long do you need to run on treadmill for 2.4 at safra gyms? How do you know you have passed? when you run a certain distance? or time?

2 What happens if you fall off the treadmill? do u continue where u left off or have to restart it over again?

3 If you fail the 2.4 on treadmill, is it considered an attempt?

3 do they sensors at each static station?
