hi i'm now undergoing the 8 sessions RT after the previous 10 IPT.

So i need to book IPPT for which session ? the 8th session ?

no need to specifically book an ippt session. just book your rt sessions as normal. the system will auto convert it to rt-ippt.

if you book a normal ippt, it will not be considered under your rt session count.

I think because of all the incidents recently, safety very high on their priority. Did the RT people run? I also didn't see IPT 1st timers taking 2.4 leh.

i doubt anybody ran yesterday night....

anyone has any idea if I passed 3 static station and only failed SBJ, can I go back and just retake the SBJ station?

Today took the ippt at bedok camp, so slippery, and failed the SBJ as a result. Was thinking if I go and retake all the stations that would very wasted

1 quick question to clarify. I applied IPT this year and only attended two session. I went on for my IPPT today and scored 1412 for 2.4km. So my question is, have I passed this year IPPT for my band 1 or need to achieve band 2 standard in order to pass?

What's your target band? And have u meet the criteria for all stations for your band? If yes, means u clear.

Hi Guys,

I wonder if any of you bros have encountered before:

Here goes:

My IPPT window closes on Jan next year, so i bo bian, go train myself up. Suddenly feels shortness of breath, chest pain (Around the heart area). So i think to myself, maybe damn long nv run, no stamina. BUT, the pain continued ever since. Sometimes when i breathe, it hurts.

Before I enlisted which is 4 years old, i went through the Check up. I had irregular heartbeat and CMPB sent me to specialist. They say i no problem.

So i went to polyclinic, requested to go Specialist for scans. The appointment date is AFTER my window closes.

My qn is, do i still need to book my IPPT? If no, what should i go next?

just go book normal ippt and go thru the motion so you will not be charged for defaulting ippt.

Ok, meaning i go there wayang wayang? Doc did say not to do any exercise as might cause heart or dont know what problem. So i also go do the stations?

My Situation is from past:

1st Time default: Officer waived my IPPT and RT as my reason is totally acceptable.

2nd Time default: Officer abit guai lan, My dad down with cancer and passed away. I told him i need to take care of my dad and finally sent him on his last road. After that i become a sole breadwinner as my mum dont work. JDO say my reason NOT VALID, didnt charge me IPPT default but $200 on default RT.

This is going to be my 3rd time. I'm not trying to siam at all, i'm a PES B and I got silver for 1st year in NS and gold for 2nd year before i ORD. Just that, the timing, is always not right.

shuttle run ppl run you just jog.

sbj just go there do a little hop.

2.4km you just do a jog as well.

if PTI ask you just tell him your story. he should be able to understand.

but don't tell him directly that you are just going thru the motion cos i think not putting in effort is a chargable offense.

this kind of things no need to say out loud one...

Yes my band is 1, so meaning I passed for clearing band 1 instead of passing band 2 this year? Only I need to pass band 2 standard next year?

Your unit got inform u that u going to mr after the last cycle?

anyway, u only officially mr on 1st apr 2013.

on my 9th ICT, they say verbally i got one more ICT to complete before MR, now this yr June finish 10th ICT liao. never receive anything in writing about MR yet

then i will receive MR letter only after 1 Apr 2013 ?

eh guys. i am supposed to book 20 RT sessions until my birthday window ends on 19 feb. and, i am only unable to book up till 14 sessions, because theres like only 1.5 months left and we need to rest one day in between. What should i do?
