Btw, if this week I book normal IPPT, then next week book IPT again. Then the IPT first session is still IPT-IPPT isit?

as long as u are still in ur first 9mths window, after 10 session of ipt, u still can book ippt to try to meet ur ppt.

and if u want, u can even book more ipt training sessions after ur 10th

i just realized that my booking didnt go through..

seems that when i try to book my ipt for khatib camp, will always fail, system keep telling me something about 1st ipt is an ipt-ippt, and cannot fall on sunday or monday..

the booking day for the ipt is wednesday.. why cannot ah.. stupid ns portal... upset my plans... at 1st though booking for tuesday went through.. then didnt, now choose weds, also cannot..

***** hell, khatib camp cannot book, but bedok camp can.. wtf..


(ps, if want call ns portal, what is the number to call to fk them ah?)

I don't suggest that. At least I didn't see people doing it. Most only put the hp in their number tags. U may want to ask the PTI for permission before u do it.

actually still cannot bring in by right
they just close one eye because if check person by person, will be a long queue at the guardhouse...

Can bring in but put in bag. Cannot use it during training. During rest time can use if u want.

but some bring it around for the static exercises, but not sure for armband running.

its the same thing as IPT la... exercise a bit then rest for like 20 mins or so then continue.

and the trainings usually start late and end early.

so if we consider all those resting time, starting time, and ending time, effectively you only exercise for less than 3 hours.
