I must agree that cancelling before 12pm a day before is stupid. Cancel before 12pm on the day itself will be better.

Mc means u not fit for physical training, so no attendance.

Three months ago, I attended a IPT session. I think i have not clear my IPPT for 2012. If i will to book a IPPT and met the IPT results, will i be able to clear it?

If u can meet your ppt, u are considered as clear.

Just went for my 1st RT session at kathib yesterday. Seems that they now quite strict on the timing already? Inpro around 4.30, but the counter lady told me to come early next time... Then went to mph surprised to see the trainer starts the warmup already.

for khatib can bring it into camp and by right must keep in the locker at the FCC.

how to knw what's my ppt band for ipt this yr when last yr i was in band 1? doesn't show in nsportal. i managed to clear my band 1 std ipt ppt within 7 sessinos of ipt last yr already.

you need to attend the ipt-ippt for this year first then you will be given a ppt for this year.

RT/IPT qns

hey folks, sorry if this has been answered before. Just need to check something. If i did not manage to clear my 20 sessions of RT by my old window. Can i still book IPT in my new window? Im probably going to be charged for being an RT defaulter(heavy work commitments last year), but i at least want to finish my ipt before i answer the charge.At least it looks better on record. anyone? thanks in advance
