have you tried the scooba on your parquet/laminate floor?

Reman one does not come with mat.

Nope so far my scooba only for tile. Parquet I use my roomba.

A storage tip for all reman scooba users. After running scooba u probably need to air dry your unit. I got this large coaster from IKEA for less than $3. Fits just nicely and works great for me to keep it off the floor, better than spending $$ on the original iRobot storage mat.

just bought the rubber mat at ikea for $2.90. now i can flip the scooba up side down to dry the unit.

some guys reported their 335 bought from HSN is actually a 340 (inside 380, outside 350) and able to do 850sqft per charge per tank!

Hope mine is the 340 lol!

Just curious, some people mentioned that it's not good to use the battery for 2 cycle straight is that true? Then how shall we do it?

and some mentioned about using special code C56574 to get 15% off HSN price.....

you should strip all brushes + filter + tube + tank to dry.

flip over is to prevent back wheels from flatten.

for battery, i always do that as i need scooba to clean the whole house.

ya scooba needs a little bit more care and attention, the manual also mentioned have to take out to wash/dry after each run. I noticed the filter will always have some dirt so I will clear that out and same for the brush, after which i leave the water tank, brush & filter (wet) to dry separately from the main body (dry) which is plugged in to recharge.

thanks for the tips, i didn't read the manual. i only clean the filter, the black hose & rinse the water tank. will clean the brush when free. so far, the dirt level on the filter is quite minimum as i usually will go thru one sweeping on the floor using the philips cordless sweeper before i use the scooba.

Dear molecule,

I posted sometime ago about my scooba having less than optimal battery performance. Anyway, now, everything is fine. Getting abt 45 mins of washing time for a full cleaning cycle.

I do remember that you said somebody from Roombareview is selling lithium scooba battery which can last much longer. My brother is in the USA now and if possible, i would like him to ship it back for me
