cannot b cos i check with vpost 15lbs is just $60++

days b4 i order...with the size of the packing state in irobot website

how you checked? called them? or use the online shipping rate calculator?
https://www.vpost.com.sg/vpost/vshopCalculator?query=Calculate&country=USA

:s22::s22::s22::s22:

Estimated Shipping Charges : SGD$71.86 (inclusive of base charge)

dont forget about the 7% GST that you will have to add in. So is (roomba cost + shippment) * 1.07 = total shipping cost with tax.

GST is only applicable on items > SGD$400, excluding freight.

I guess the 530 box + brushes in a big external box should be quite big.

better than me, my 380 scooba cost me $125+++ with vpost due to the big external box. :(

well think mine is the most ex one...

the whole volume weight of my 3 robots is 27.7kg so freight + gst + 12% discount still cost me about $330 when I saw the bill I almost faint.

wah. so does that means sometimes it might be cheaper if they shipped separately? since when they pack all the things into 1 big box, there tends to be more space wasted.

vpost is getting too ex and I dont think will use vpost from now on. I think comgateway is cheaper.

As for warranty, if spoil you have to email irobot service for help if not call them but must remember never let them know you use the robot oversea else warranty void.

If they offer replacement this will be how it go. You will have to ship the robot back to irobot yourself then have them ship to vpost or comgateway and then you ship it back to SG.

I dont know maybe... but if you have big enough item and cost less then SGD400 then advise is to ship is separately.

But I dont think advisable to ship them 1 by 1.. cause you dont forget there is something call base charges so end up might be more ex.

if you need replacement part then my advise is to go to roombaexchange to buy and ask them ship to you using USPS in that way you can still avoid the GST and get your think faster then using vpost.

Cause I find shipping from USA to SG using USPS something cost the same or cheaper then doing shipping from USA to Vpost then to SG.

I took a look at USPS and using Crocs shipment as example, this will be the shipping cost:

So will save ~S$30 if you Vpost shipping is ~S$80

USPS might be cheaper, but it is not you who will decide which shipper to use. It is the seller. Seller will usually add in the packaging/handling/profit/xtra cost  Try take a look at ebay and you will see the diff shipping cost for SAME item.

:o my brushes never broke before, still in usable condition after several mths of uses.

just that scooba back wheels to wearoff + vacuum tube chipped off. When I bought scooba 380, there was free replenish set that include those items. :o

2 day delivery for what? need to be that fast? think should be less than $500. the other time i gotten 560 + brush + filter with 25% discount promo, total about USD314. then my friend bring back, so gave him a bit more after conversion as token.
