Why would you need 10Gbps now? To simulatneously stream 200 4K prawn videos at once?

The only time I see my 1Gbps connection get saturated is the 10 seconds it took to download my weekly system update packages. It can be 60 secs for all I care. Basically so quick already, why need any quicker?

in short your monthly Monthly Gross Household Income should be ≤ $1,900 OR monthly Per Capita Income ≤ $650

or if your household got student/person with disabilities then it Monthly GHI1 ≤ $3,400 OR monthly ≤ $900

Trading only requires very little bandwidth, 10mbps more than enough to use

My company is still using 1gbps for all the employees. We have more than 50 employees. If 1gbps is enough for more than 50 employees, I don't see the needs for a family size of 4 to use 10gbps.

10gbps is actually lower latency. Just packet pushing science. Not that it really matters unless you are a robo trader in a datacenter.
