U also can downgrade cpu to 9700x and upgrade gpu to 5080 since u r on 4k gaming.

I would say go for the latter should your budget allow. It's a substantial enough performance uplift despite being just 1 generation apart. End of the day.. your wallet decides hahah.

Gaming is 4K dlss4, maybe frame gen too. Not sure if these 2 CPUs got real diff at 4K or not

Second setup same, only speakers are Sonos Beam 2 and Sonos sub 3 + 2x Sonos ones as surrounds.

Mouse pad wise? Logitech mouse pad got hard and cloth surface.
Both affect the mouse traction so if you haven't got one.
Can try one.
