Ironically we may need an MBA here and not an engineer...

Only way out I think is to sell Intel Foundry to Apple or Google, lol!
Between the 2 I think Google would be more willing to buy the plants than Apple unless some random white knight on a dark horse rides in to save INTC (e.g. Temasek Corp? Netflix? Meta?)

Ya, I think just sell intel at this point.. they are washed. Need someone to resurrect them with external power.

But i will say this, lets say AMD make good use of this opportunity, they may be the next trillion dollar company.

IMHO AVGO (Broadcom) and QCOM (Qualcomm) may have better chance to become a trillion company in the future.

Broadcom AVGO became a trillion dollar company as of yesterday.

AMD may have higher market value than Qualcomm now, but personally I feel Qualcomm has better potential down the road.

Not into stock market though, it is said 80% of the people are losing money.

Intel 200s cpu are very strong, just not good for games

Buyed 200, got more cores for all other tasks.
still good for gaming
still got good connectivity unlike am5, put nvme here, lose gpu lanes there

big concern is losing Pat.

Jobs was fired by Apple in 1985, but was later invited back in 1997 after Apple kept failing and failing.

Maybe Intel will go through the same path as Apple? However, Pat Gelsinger is already 63 years old. He will be crossing 70 years old if Intel becomes desperate enough to reinvite him back 10 years later.

Got try overclock your ddr5 to at least 8000?

9800x3d good but less efficient now, overhyped by amd fans, i see many reviews its cpu power use in games is around 85w, 7800x3d is around 60w and 265k is around 95w

That's possible too, well hopefully they can get successful. Market lack of competition. TSMC establishing their site on Arizona already, main customer will be apple.

Day to day usage and the games i play, no diff. Just backside itchy want to change.
