Apart from the censorship like what most have described, there’s also less quality posts compared to last time. On Reddit, ppl share their thoughts on work, relationship, money, friends, industry, etc. the discussions and comments are very constructive and informative. Gave me alot of insights on certain sector which I’m not familiar.

EDMW used to be like the above. Sadly in recent years it has been low quality. Replies also not informative but rather patronizing. Feels like the community here are retired boomers hanging out coffeeshop. No current work nor lifestyle happenings. Insider news also very slow. EDMW used to have very fast breaking news. Not anymore.

i think more edmwers go into reddit... last time edmw page 1 will hv few threads make me want to go in... nw i hv to go page 2 and 3 bef anything interest me... funny enough... i go reddit will hv those interesting threads... i think edmwers are migrating there

The threads over there are almost 1 to 1 the threads over here plus more. Only missing the I cried an toilet bowl talk to me type of threads.

In the past, responses were fast, posts were better. But do you feel the forum lately like getting slower? Like less members post or participate? All move on to other places?
