Hmmm I am really sorry for being so paranoid even after he has sent the email, but is there a way to check if he has indeed applied for bankruptcy..?

Not sure if I can trust what he says any more...

if he's in the process of filing for bankruptcy still..then it may not register yet. but let's see wad stunts he can still pull off lor.

Indeed. It's not so much that I'm upset over the money, rather it's what he's doing to everybody. What if he manages to get off scot-free this time round and tries pulling such a stunt with a new business next time?

Almost $300 some item pay thru the e.a accounts

ppl in SGcollect are hit quite bad though since some of them are his long time customers.

With the email, i fear that many customers that are unaccounted for may just give up on the whole process of chasing after him altogether. I'm thinking if i should put the email up on the 1st post (for the benefit of those that do not have an account with him) and offer reassurance that whatever initiaitves will still carry on as planned regardless whether mkz is declared bankrupt or not.

To all friends out there, I'll be heading down to CASE tomorrow to ask them for advice. We all know that Mike has supposedly filed for bankruptcy. I'll be asking CASE for advice as to what we can do against a company that has terminated its business.

The chances of getting our money back are rather slim. For one, now that his business is terminated, he has almost no liability to the company name. But right now, I'm not really bothered about the money, but I'm more concerned about getting some justice done. I don't think it's fair if he manages to walk away scot-free.
