I think I must give justice for the seller here.
He did sms back to me to do troubleshooting and even called me when all troubleshooting is unable to solve the issue and asked me to go one of their authorized workshop to check again before giving me a replacement device.
Had already feedback on how I felt but will not say much here.
Overall, exchanged was provided since it was proved to be faulty set and the current one is working fine (as of now).
Hopefully this issue will not happen right after my warranty end.. :x
