hi guys. will be going tokyo next april/may period

will be staying around shinjuku/shibuya area but will be mainly travelling around tokyo by metro

any food that is recommended and near metro stations (in case got lost since first trip) for a 10 days trip? Thanks!

Kaiseki comprises of seasonal dishes, I've only had it once at an Onsen Inn together with Kobe beef.

yes can. but u must take note when heating up because some of the microwave at the supermarket can be much more powerful than regular and can heat up in like 10s instead of 1min

They're both large chain stores with a certain standard, but not exceptional.

Still, Ichiran is better. Some of koumen's stuff can be pretty bland and give you that mass-market low quality feel.

My favourite ramen is Afuri.... Clear yuzu shio or shoyu soup stock... Wahh. Prefer this style to the heavy tonkatsu ones, even though those are tasty too.

MY whole family loves it! the simplicity of order and the thickness of broth plus the texture of noodle. Good and affordable.

One of the most well known is Fuunji in Shinjuku, I think it's the side closest to the station when you head towards Sunroute Hotel. Also Rokurinsha but I hear the queues are madness.

I'm not one for long queues I get my fix at Mita Seimenjo, they have several outlets I go to the one in Nishi-Shinjuku. It's tasty and hits the spot for me!
