Told my colleague who's going Sendai to avoid if you see locals glowing.

Seriously, I'm still planning to eat when I go early 2024 but will keep an eye on actual test results.

Its recommended. Very good udon. Ordering is a hassle as menu is all in Japan. However price is cheap.

This is from udon shin. There's a wide menu. Lots of hype in socal media. Considered best udon in Tokyo by some.
