yup the X2 also not comfy for me

big and chunky
easy to fall out despite trying S M L
the Comply tips ok but no noise isolation!
And it gets oily.. its a sponge soaking in oil

The X2 felt heavy to me as well. It didn't hold well in my ears. End up getting the Plantronics Backbeat go2 half the price cheaper than X2. Light weight and good fit. The only problem is the battery life is 4 hours.. So for marathon runners, need to finish 42km within 4hrs.:s13:

Try using de-cored shure foams on the X2. The comfort after is top notch.

Bbgo2 is more open to let the external sound come in . I think this will affect sound quality in return for safety

Very rare local distributor honor lifetime warranty. Usually lifetime warranty need to send back to Jaybird US and involves postage charge. I assume local only provides the usual one year warranty.

Lifetime warranty in under jaybird so you have to go back to them to claim the warranty against sweat. I have done it before. In the earlier days, there was no need for sending back as all you need to do was to cut the cord and show photo proof. It got abused and now it is compulsory to ship back the spoilt set. Postage is only around SGD10 or less because you only need to send the USB cable and the earphones itself back.

SGD$10 for postage is worth it to send it back to them. Thanks for sharing.

If I purchase the Jaybird X2 from Amazon straight. How is the warranty coverage like? If I have issue with the headphone, is the Amazon set warranty covered in local Singapore service centre?

Thanks guys!

Hi guys, does anyone know? I would like to know too
