Would the current pricing of The Myst be considered attractive, as compared the other new launches in the west?

if you are buying for own stay, definitely yes.
pure investment not a great idea.

for investment, i feel resale might be better.

coz close to mindef, unlikely much development around, so if you are banging on transformation is unlikely. but if own stay, enjoy a brand new good quality development, peace and quiet, especially at night. walk to chestnut park, mandai t15, great nature. should be great buy

Thanks for the quick reply!

While the intent is for own stay, would also hope that there is some capital appreciation in the event I wish to exit in the future.

Sales have been slow. So, wondering whether the site is unpopular with the locals.

i feel a better choice would be the Linq 1 bedroom above beauty world Mrt. Freehold and more logical price rcr than the crazy prices of j den in Jurong

when tpy launch gonna be 2600 for first floor
when clementi ave launch gonna be 2500 for first floor

while there are better opportunities in resale, i think there are still a lot of rich sinkies to snap them up
we are hitting the hk average pricing of 3300 psf.
Too cheap

We are open leg coubtry should be 4k psf

The layout is terrible over Ling. I frequent the area often. The development is quite small and next to 2 busy main roads (very noisy) and was sold above $2k psf, not an ideal development for me. DOYDD

Isn’t Reserve next to busier roads?
Yes indeed and next to PIE some more. Reserve has a bigger plot of development. It will depends where the unit face, the better one will be inner facing, those facing the roads or PIE, good luck. But, it is too expensive.
This is not even city fringe.....

Let me rephrase it, though Bukit Timah is consider as city fringe, beauty world is considered more like an edge along the outer bound of city fringe. Next street across is Clementi, Bukit Batok or Tok Tuck, etc. You get what I mean. You want to compare to real city fringe, Outram, Tanjong Pager, Novena, Kallang, etc. Isn't this more central located?

i see. this is your own definition of city fringe then. not sure what "real" city fringe means. you mean there is a "fake" one?

I follow URA's definition.
