As this is my 1st ciem, I let Jaben handle everything.
Maybe, if maybe, I order next JH custom (after this Roxanne debacle most probably not), I'll order direct like you and same few hundreds buck

haha sometimes that xtra money paid is just for convenience sake...especially if ure busy wif other stuff...

If order direct, still have to make appointment for ear impressions, go to the post office to ship the impression.
Just check again my receipt from Jaben and indeed the Roxanne CF is $2278

In anyway I saved on ear impressions, I ship my jh16 via FedEx service via my company account got cooperate rate... I paid 1.9k+ in total...

Jaben is good for busy ppl...

I ordered direct. Acrylic. Paid $1800 total. Prefer to deal directly with JH just as I did with my JH16. Don't really like middle men. But honestly Jaben's deal was pretty sweet. One stop place for impressions, ordering, and shipping, communication. Plus. 2 year warranty instead of 1 year if direct.

Is still 1 year. The paper was old one. So is the old 2 year there. All orders from them is 1 year liao
