But any experienced buyer who get direct from them can tell me abt the costs involved etc

Impression cost from digisound sound + mailing = ?

Also,

When I make a purchase at their website, do I pay first or only after I send them my ear impressions?

You already said yours ma. This year JHA more well advertised leh.

Mine took 7 weeks. A friend of mine ordered on early may also took 8 weeks. Both not during sales period.

Last year after they announced freqphase a lot of ppl dun dare order coz nv try before... Haha... I order n send in my impressions within a week when they announce it...

One side was significantly softer than the other.

When I mentioned that to the staffs, they told me the JH13 are supposed to be sent back for repairs soon.

I didn't ask if they were freqphase or not, as I was there to try the fitears.
