this is really a bad case.....JH should refund full $$ but also send another proper fit roxanne for the customer...just refund is not enough..

well the irony of all these is it happend on the good fit side which jh was instructed not to touch :s22::s22:

Now my universal roxanne cable has problem on the memory cable, asking them to send replacement cable immediately, see what they reply... JH got good products, but it will be a long long time b4 i decide to order another model from them in their siren series... :vijayadmin::vijayadmin:

gotta see the rate of the workers getting experienced and improving productivity with quality vs the rate of orders coming in. i think cao cao take another year at least to stabilise. maybe this year's BF sale still better to hold for those who are more adverse to delays and potential quality issues.

i think 3/4 last year bf orders customers are still waiting..:s22::s22:

im pretty sure they wont be getting such a response in this year's BF than last year

As it is right now, even refits doesn't come back perfect, the viscious cycle of sending back and receiving it not done properly and resending back...

Even if they manage to clear the orders backlog, which I don't think it can be done - espc when carbon fibre only just started to be delivered, all these refits are gonna take some time clear.

JHA products were good, judging from the Roxanne orders - and high prices people willing to pay, they still are good. But the poor workmanship is killing their reputation, or at least dented public confidence.

Hopefully after this saga, they will emerge stronger and produce more awesome products...

not trying to push for fitear. but i see headfi sometimes got people complaining about fitear not available anywhere. then i see jh, they bite more than they could chew. now all the unhappy customer coming in. not that the ciem suck. is more like the management wrong.

I am surprised, even now, when I saw the number of people selling the TG334 to get Roxanne.

For me, TG334 is about as good as it gets for universal.
Personal 2 cents worth.

Found the perfect cable to pair with your TG334 yet?

Gonna find you one day to play with your DX100. :s13:

you ppl don't understand how good roxanne soudns with proper CIEM fit or universal tip. i had to experiment for a month and tried a dozen tips before finding one but the one I found sounds so good it's like a TOTL over the ear flagship headphone. incredible. there's a reason why JH takes sh*ts on everybody and they come begging for more.
