Definitely not an easy feat, would still take a lot out of me to go sub 40I think you should be able to hit sub 40 pretty easily considering your 2.4 and 5 km timing are much faster than me.
Jakob out of 1500m heats

Guys i need to ask another qns again. What are the other brand alternative to NB fuelcell line of shoes should i get if i enjoy NB fuelcell? I just want to have a change of brand. Previously did run in Adidas and dont really like it. Should i get Asics Megablast?
Not surprising as he just came back from a pretty significant injury. I dont think he is surprised by this result either
U won't go wrong with either of them. Use chatgpt and YouTube to compare features and reviews and look at the interface. If u already have garmin watch, then makes sense to also buy their bike comp. Sometimes they have so many features that you might be only using 10% of them. So is it worth to pay very high price for them, it's really your own choice. For me I sold my $600+ (can't remember exact price) garmin 830 to a friend within few months and then downgraded to $50 basic cyclpus bike comp. I wasn't short of money in case u tot I was broke. The 2 bike comps I had before 830 were also midrange garmin.
hmm care to share why you sell? Cos you will most likely lost a little. Believe you did your research before buying
should had just bought the $50 basic bike comp which you did
I usually run 2 times a week, around 6km each time. Suddenly experienced pain at the outside of both knees, around the bony area, from last week onwards. Affected even my walking.
Tried massaging the area to no avail until I did some IT band stretching from YouTube, and had some relief. Is this gonna be a permanent issue? Don't think my running is intense compared to the rest of you..
