yeah, bolded is good to take note of

I can easily hit it even if I only consume normal portion of animal protein once a day

For me i cant. 2 meals of cai png per day or sometimes $4.00 chicken rice at night, 2 meat portions = $3.60 - 3.90.....the meat portions small AF as usual and sometimes the bak kut is mainly bones (but yummy). Need to be like 4 portions of meat per meal for the cai png, per meal.
3 eggs in the morning. If i eat the $4.00 bak chor mee at my hawker then lagi worse, literally like just 10g of protein in it nia.

Needs to be around total 250g of pork/chicken per day if wanna hit it, which is around 80g of protein per day for me. 3 eggs (ntuc pasar) = 15g of protein.

Problem : 4 portions of meat per cai png meal = over sodium (no added sauces, just the stuff that comes with the meat), even though i perspire a fair bit during my daily session (need around 1L of water per session at least, sometimes 1.5-1.6 2 bidons in order to totally rehydrate).
I tried before lunch and dinner 4 portions, my BP would go over 120/80 one in just over 2 weeks.

ah, you mostly eat out...

I mostly eat at home, and usually drink about 2 cups of unsweetened soy milk a day, and snack on almond or cashew

breakfast would be fruit and bread with peanut butter

Can substitute with tofu?

yeah, tofu is a good source of non-animal protein, I like tau kwa

Dr Mike is quite popular. But kenna rep points hits.

So probably that is why become youtuber much more lucrative than if he were to remain as an employee for others....... But anyway i guess his info is pretty decent and most importantly entertaining while we watch his youtube as general audiences and non pros like me ba....where i will never go dig out those new sciencey studies and gain info/knowledge....which other youtubers will also cover just for content's sake.

Oh, same thing as well as that siao lang 61 year old fella who preaches chaos training etc. 🤣

Luckily no such issue with my shoulders since day 1 (very common injury site...i think possibly even more common than say PF for runners). Not sure if doing scapula pull ups while deadhanging (at least initial part, for 10-12 reps) helps scapula stability (other than strength) but i just do it, shd be beneficial, which i'd also throw in some pull ups from time to time.
Not really into training for pull ups, the callusses on the hands is crazy if wanna train more.

For scapula stability, build foundation.

I’m aware, but for now still not yet decided if I want to join any upcoming races. I believe it will come eventually with the right training so not going to dwell about it too much.

Just have to keep on training.

Still have some time to consider, I might be thinking of going Gold Coast but probably HM

Any casual running group in Singapore? thinking of start running 1-2x weekly

Running department, if not fast then recommend those that run on the track like Garmin run club. At least you willnt be left behind if you fall back in pace and lose your way

This is better than the iHerb 29% off. Amazone prime sales.
California Gold product has extra $3 off for above $60. And DBS has $5 off for above $120. Both can stacked.
