No rope is so bluff oneself.

Anyway his legs movements faster than camera frame rate. Maciam Bruce Lee or those cartoon the legs spin like wheels.

Oh got rope.........i also thought no rope when you mentioned it. The first second you can see the rope.
Think spin too fast and the rope is too thin (CdA), the lower res of the actual vid also not helping.

Yea his legs neuro no joke, one of the main points. And the CNS arms to legs coordination and proprioception also no joke.

Proprioception is the body's "sense of self" that provides information about the position, movement, and force of your body in space, allowing you to know where your limbs are without looking. It originates from sensory receptors in your muscles, tendons, and joints that send signals to the brain, which is crucial for motor control, balance, and coordinating movement.

@WussRedXLi i believe many will spec their new bikes from China based on World Junior Championship winner, Harry’s bikes. And Harry‘s wheel of choice, the CRW CS5060 carbon spoked wheels (50mm + 60mm) will be very popular. Needless to say, this is a huge win for Quick Pro.

Give it a go because no longer have to worry about work and study at the same time, decided not to go down that path.

Also, the marathon can only be done through balloting. I might not get it if I apply. So, better to start earlier.

Sydney >> It's a good timing because I will actually be using my reservist as a proper taper before the race. I will be flying off straight once my reservist ends, provided I get in. I am running more for the experience. And also, able to meet my best friend because he works there in Sydney. The weather is also really good in September.

Berlin >> Interestingly, the results for Sydney will be out before Berlin window close. I should be able to apply for this if fail to get in Sydney. But this is a toss up with Chicago, because if you apply for both and get in both, then have to forfeit either one considering that Berlin release the results after Chicago marathon closes.

NYC >> No issues applying for this since the window is a lot later.

HM overseas >> I applied Kaohsiung Half Marathon in mid Jan. Interestingly, their marathon has less people (3k) compared to half marathon (6k). The competitors is small + recognised by AIMS (distance is accurate) + cheap ($55) + weather (19 - 22C) . Also, easily accessible, take the plane to Kaohsiung then travel 40-50 minutes to the stadium by train.

I went to search their top 10 HM time (top 10 gets a cash prize) >> Got to run sub 1:15 :ROFLMAO:
