I think she might be using finger deadhangs to train. ie "weighted" deadhangs
Tonight I go try see how difficult to do 3 and 2 finger pull ups.

Pls update after u tried.

Have u also attempted fewer fingers push up? Bruce Lee one was ultimate. Shaolin monk dunno 2 or 4 fingers hand stand was also crazy powerful.

Yeah used to play with 3 fingers with 50cm incline for the feet on boxes for fun last time occasionally. Quite painful tho....... Just do a few reps for fun.

HS pushups one of my to-do list, but quite scary actually. My fear is that i do not have that flexibility (hamstrings esp), so falling down is not gonna be pretty (and you WILL fall quite a bit prior to mastering it).

Doing this at the fitness corner really can farm aura points one....esp when you are knocking at the doors of elderly age. 😓 🤣 Doing weighted dips already got people seeing/staring (actually one hand log push there with explosive fast reps for 5-8 reps with the log being thrown into the air got others trying to emulate liao. But then my purpose is more for power which is strength x velocity fast twitch baby more for longevity, i think got a bit of carry over to the "strides" on the bike )

I think with my new latex bands, i can try doing military presses. Not sure how weighted dips would benefit overhead pushing, just hope my foundation already there.

Can start with wall supported hand stand. Put tilam or thick thick exercise mat in front for safety.

Some people very agile. The leg just fall in front like somersault then back on feet.

Last time I train very clumsy one. Will get stuck, don't know how to come down. End up legs slowly crawl down from wall. If not careful, then crash onto tilam. :o

Old liao better not la. Not as though train the fingers so strong will help in anything. Once injured very hard for us to recover.

Easier progression is one hand normal, other hand 2-3 fingers.

Still remember my first day at SAFPU. The bui bui but fit CPL haolian do finger pull ups.

Showoff to female enlistees and us newbirds. :s13:

just curious.. any one systematically including beetroot juice/supplement into the diet for endurance performance boost?
Not seen it actively discussed here.

its included into in my juicing rotation (as and when I can find it in the supermarket, not always available). Personally i don't notice any "boost" ... BUT the color of your pee is power!:ROFLMAO:

Have seen before, issue is too expensive and dosing via supplements is a bit not so established coz the nitrate amount is not stated. So just keep using the beta alanine and creatine coz of cycling and strength based training as well.
