Actually come to think of it, havent come across Incolor here in real life before. Not even in the shops.
Quick Pro becoming not super rare already, can see them in the bike shops / local youtuber vids

Last time i played cars that time i also dig sleeper builds, debadge etc.

There is one more nowadays too, Evolve Cima, but Tay Junction bringing in, and it's bloody expensive. (ie anything that local retail touch one, becomes $$$ like gold)
yah SG everything mark up significantly. thats y i find living in China more value for money. i can imagine you having tonnes of fun here

Reflections after 2 months of Zone 2 running.

1. Very difficult to maintain zone 2 during morning runs. Mentally, I keep thinking and worrying about late for chewren drop off and work. Sub consciously pace will be faster and unable to bring down heart rate.

2. Compared to unstructured runs in the past, zone 2 running is very kind on the knees and legs. Almost zero soreness even after long runs.

chip in a bit of my thoughts on z2 running.
1) one needs to commit to lots of z2 runs n chalk up the mileage. if one does not reach a certain base, z2 has little help to improve speed.
2) most ppl with sedentary lifestyle may not have z2. once start running no matter how slow, hr will spike up to z3 or higher. for me even with 2+ yrs of running (yrly milege approx. 1500km), i can only achieve solid z2 runs in cooling climatic conditions.
3) if want to speed up, do more shorter and higher speed runs instead (ideally mix with slow long runs).

For those who just started running, my advice is to avoid heart rate monitoring.

You will feel demotivated by all that bpm.

Just go out for the runs and use RPE instead. Enjoy the runs.

Once you are more consistent, then can consider HRM.

irony is that for beginners RPE is not easy to gauge.
Easier trick is to use nasal breathing (ie only nose to breath in and out) for Z2 effort. If you feel breathless and need to use mouth... most likely already out of aerobic zone. slow down until you can comfortably use full nasal breathing.

Or can try singing or talking test.

If cannot sing or talk without going out of breath, that means running too hard.

COROS Pace 4? There are news Coros will be officially launching Pace 4 on the 10th this month. Some marathoners in China have been testing them in yesterday's Beijing marathon.

If hand still itchy, go hoot the Danian.

Later 11:56 set alarm, 1200noon hoot the 20rmb shipping voucher.
FYI if you change the country and language settings of the TB app to Singapore/English, the main page has a whole bunch of small value coupons you can grab for use. Currently the best one would be $10 off SGD$65 spent. Downside of changing the language and region is that any listings that can't be sold/shipped outside of china will not appear.

Last week there was a limited time $30 off $100 coupon. I fast hand went and use it to get a pair of 361 Eleos for sub $40. Could have gotten the 小鲶 for $60 but no my size.
