Actually wanted to ask you, your FM timing, you did not have much of a LSD training right, that kinda 3hr long runs.
actually no training targeting FM :ROFLMAO:. it was literary a last min thingy.
but I do 25-27km progressive runs about twice a month. So I know I can complete the 42km distance. Just don't know at what pace. I did 30-35k runs almost on a weekly basis two years ago but only at low Z2 pace. So I don't know if the base building effect is still there. The pace group helped tremendously for sure.

Though they didn't medal, but impressed by Nicole and Vanessa for sticking to the pace and not be led on by the front runners. Those that tried to keep up with the front runners blow off.

Sometimes, it's better to run your own race than chase the leader.

Vietnam's Nguyen Thi Oanh is such a beast. 13 individual gold medals and untouchable @ SEA level

Haven't run more than 10km for a long time. First run after more than a month. Cough is back after 12km, air too cold. Gave up the original HM distance.
Tried running in paces from 8min/km to 5min/km (temp range from 1 to mid 10s), all felt good in this 小鲶 but do recognise temp does have significant impact on the midsole, it gets firmer which i can feel it this morning. But doesn't affect me much.

no snow.
today when i started running was around 1-2degC, but felt colder due to strong winds. Likewise, wore a Qinkung windbreaker and beneath layer with running l/s top with a simple design to flip the lowest part of the sleeve to cover the hands like a mitten. An opening at the side to expose the watch. Bottom wore long tights with micro fleece.
for headgear, i use a hybrid type can be use to over hair and ears. When neck is too cold, it can be pulled down to the neck.

No streaming, got 6 SEA games live channels on mewatch but nothing...... Must be too many resources needed.
But that Bike lane is very conducive one, just a bit boring for running.

She like just over 1.6m only, now a bit taller vs last time (1.55)
Watched some of her tokong training vids from a few SEA games ago (that time SRY ran with the Indon fella and shared drink with him coz the indon missed). Quite hardcore mindset (VN got mountains).
