actually no training targeting FMActually wanted to ask you, your FM timing, you did not have much of a LSD training right, that kinda 3hr long runs.
Though they didn't medal, but impressed by Nicole and Vanessa for sticking to the pace and not be led on by the front runners. Those that tried to keep up with the front runners blow off.
Sometimes, it's better to run your own race than chase the leader.
Haven't run more than 10km for a long time. First run after more than a month. Cough is back after 12km, air too cold. Gave up the original HM distance.
Tried running in paces from 8min/km to 5min/km (temp range from 1 to mid 10s), all felt good in this 小鲶 but do recognise temp does have significant impact on the midsole, it gets firmer which i can feel it this morning. But doesn't affect me much.

no snow.I run in the cold as well high five, I like to dress warm, layering and a ventilated jacket, gloves and a hat. good job on the pace man! has it snowed yet in Shanghai?
