Thanks for SIC. Did you buy the Xtep 2000km 5.0 pro? Can PDD ship direct to SG easily?

Never order. PDD got free consolidated sea shipping as long for orders above 99rmb applicable to most listings. Look out for listings with the "SG99yuan包邮" label. So basically first you pay the cart out price + admin fee, then seller ship to consolidation warehouse where you pay another sum for GST. Base on my past purchase experience on PDD, delivery lead time is around 2-3 weeks.

I use hr to determine . Most of the time , I use mouth to breathe . Not sure accurate or not . Cannot sustain the same pace for 1 hour run . 2nd half , pace will drift up 7 percent

i had this mindset before i went to Sapporo last september/oct. Ended up with a Novablast 5, which i only wear it for cold conditions. Now that China has so many good non-plated running shoes, Asics has been elevated to a premium price level.

I actually targeting novablast 5 for my daily trainer. My xtep 360x 2.0 wearing out already

too soft and unresponsive in SG weather condition. For me, midsole starts feeling good when temp goes below mid 10s degC. Now running at single digit temp is just nice.
for the money, i would rather use it to buy a pair of xiaonian and a pair of xtep 2000km v5 Pro.

Anyone train for zone 2? Very difficult to maintain the speed to be consistently in zone 2.

Your max HR configured correctly ? Don't use the generic formula. Its not accurate.

If just started running, you will get better as you keep running.

used to run twice a week on threadmill, but changed work recently and trying to run once a week. always done in office gym.

run less than 4km every session.

but dont mind running outdoor to clock 1 more session.
