Today first time run in Skechers max cushion series. Those one pair 50-60+$ only. Surprisingly good performance vs other bigger brands. Just a bit heavy. I guess when you buy shoes from like Adidas, ASICS etc you are just paying for the design, brand, weight reduction and comfort.

3 day never run already. Today resume my "easy" zone 2. Notice I got some minor flu. HR also higher than normal.

Seems like the period to wash my shoes for every run is here. High humidity. This evening run, insole saturated with sweat that it squeak with every steps. Upper all padding soaked until sweat can be squeeze out.

Only exercise will sweat more than anybody. At home rest, don't sweat much.

But if I cycle to do errand during noon, will sweat alot. Once I cycle from SK to AMk to my dad's place, only 5 to 6km, whole t shirt soaked. I think exercise is the main trigger for my excessive sweating.

It's my upper end of zone 2. I can run up to 13k like this for 5 straight days. Actually zone 2 is more tiring than zone 4 and 5 with zone 3 being the most painful one. Reason because zone 2 and 3 do not release enough endorphin. Zone 4 and 5 to me not tiring at it's all more like being scary but exciting with the feeling of being out of breath. When you go into zone 5 that time the faster you go, the faster you want to go and even want faster especially the last 500m because of the endorphin.

I am always at zone 3 most of the time

I think I will need to walk to go to Zone 2 :s13:

But Zone 4/5 can out of breath pretty fast though it's nice to run fast.

Is it that when you're elite runner or someone who had been running for quite sometime, you will not sweat a lot as compared to a beginner runner.

I was just wondering why some people sweat more than others when running the same distance 🤔

Started low HR training back in Oct 2023 was running in zone 3 and 4 for this. Very different back then. If you keep running at 60 - 75% will see improvement. Walk also can but once a month must at least do 5 mins at >90%
